Scottish leaders' debate: What would you say to Donald Trump?

US presidential hopeful Donald Trump calls you on the phone. What would you say to him?", was the final question in the first televised leaders' debate in the run up to the Holyrood election.

There was much agreement among the leaders of the six main political parties that none would particularly welcome a call from the billionaire businessman.

Willie Rennie quipped that Trump becoming president is his "worst nightmare" while David Coburn drew comparisons with Dr Strangelove the movie.

Patrick Harvie made an impassioned plea for US voters to see through the bombast. A view echoed by Ruth Davidson who says she has faith that the American people will not let him anywhere near the White House.

Kezia Dugdale said she would ask him to stop preaching hate and Nicola Sturgeon said she would be too busy to speak to him.
