Kezia Dugdale: 'Owen Smith can unite Labour and take it to government'

Scottish Labour leader Kezia Dugdale has said Jeremy Corbyn can neither unite the party nor win a UK general election.

Ms Dugdale made the comments as she announced that she will back his opponent Owen Smith in the party's leadership election.
