Covid in Scotland: 'It is safer to hold these areas in level 2'
The first minister has set out out the areas of central Scotland remaining in level two restrictions.
Nicola Sturgeon told Holyrood that Glasgow could now drop to level two, but large parts of the country were not ready to move to level one this weekend.
But Ms Sturgeon described the move as a pause not a step backwards and pledged support for areas of the economy hoping to move to lower restrictions from next week.
