Bonfire night fireworks attacks on cars in Edinburgh

Police, firefighters and cars have been attacked with fireworks in Edinburgh on bonfire night.

Two officers were treated in hospital for head injuries after youths threw bricks at their vehicle.

In another incident in the capital youths threw fireworks at members of the public and vehicles.

One local reported bins being left out in the road so fireworks could be aimed at cars.
