Storm Babet: We spent years making our home - in 24 hours, it was gone
Storm Babet struck eastern Scotland in October 2023. In Brechin in Angus, a torrent of water cascaded over the town's flood defences and deluged nearby properties.
A month later, the BBC returned to the town's River Street to find many residents still displaced, with no clear idea of when they might be able to return.
