Taking Nessie-hunting into the modern era

The year 2023 marks 90 years since the first modern sighting of the Loch Ness Monster, when hotel manageress Aldie Mackay spotted a whale-like-fish creature in the loch.

But the age old question, sparked from sightings as early as the 6th Century, still persists - does the monster exist?

Helping track sightings is a new keeper of the official register, bringing Nessie-hunting into the modern era.

Paige Daley has taken over from her dad Gary Campbell, who set up, and has run, the Loch Ness Monster Fan Club since 1996.
