Glen Rosa: Ship builder's 'pride' ahead of ferry launch
Could the launch of the MV Glen Rosa be one of Scotland's last traditional ship launches?
The sight of large ships gliding down slipways was once a common sight along the River Clyde, but in recent years the "dynamic" launch method, as it's known, has fallen out of favour.
Ahead of the vessel's launch at Ferguson's shipyard in Port Glasgow, shipwright Andrew Cochrane talks about what it's like to send thousands of tonnes of metal into the water.
