The body of a 39-year-old man has been found in Glencoe in the Highlands of Scotland.
Rescue teams had been carrying out a search after reports that a climber had fallen on Bidean Nam Bian.
The alarm was raised at about 15:20 on Friday.
The search operation involved Northern Constabulary and members of the Glencoe Mountain Rescue. They were assisted by an RAF rescue helicopter.
The death is the latest in a series of incidents in the Scottish mountains in recent months.
Four people died in Glencoe after being caught up in an avalanche in January.
Another avalanche in the Cairngorms in February claimed the lives of three people, while in the same week a second fatal avalanche killed a hillwalker.
Two climbers were also killed after falling on Ben Nevis.
