Woman dies after kayak incident on Highland loch

The kayaker got into difficulty in Loch Torridon near Shieldaig
A female kayaker has died after getting into difficulty in a loch in Wester Ross.
Police and coastguard were alerted to the incident in Loch Torridon, near Shieldaig, at about midday.
A search of the loch was made by Stornoway Coastguard helicopter, Portree and Kyle RNLI lifeboats and rescue teams from Applecross and Loch Ewe.
The woman was found but later died at the scene.
