Third Don crossing compulsory purchase order action considered

Residents whose homes lie in the path of a planned new road bridge over Aberdeen's River Don are to press ahead with possible legal action.

Several households have been issued with compulsory purchase orders to make way for the third Don crossing.

Their use was approved by Scottish ministers following a public inquiry.

The Donside Crossing Communities Alliance has now asked an environmental law specialist to advise on the best course of action.
