Consultation on Aberdeen schools changes

  • Published

Plans to merge some of Aberdeen's primary schools are to go out to consultation.

The council's education committee heard deputations as it considered a report calling for up to three mergers, as part of a major rezoning exercise.

Councillors approved the recommendations, and consultation exercises will now be carried out.

The plans could see schools in Bridge of Don, Kincorth and Northfield merged with neighbouring schools.
