An incident in which a two-year-old boy fell four storeys from a window in Aberdeen was not suspicious, a police inquiry has concluded.

The child was badly hurt in the fall at Balnagask Circle in the Torry area on Monday.

He was taken to Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital (RACH) for initial assessment but was later transferred to a hospital in Glasgow.

Police Scotland said he was now in a stable condition.
