Jim Clark Rally crash deaths: Tribute paid to third victim

Elizabeth Allan died along with John Leonard Stern and Iain John Provan in the rally crash
A third family has paid tribute to a victim of a rally crash in the Borders which killed three spectators.
Elizabeth Allan, 63, from Barrhead, died in the crash on Saturday.
A statement from her family said: "Betty was a caring and loving daughter, sister, aunty and great aunt and will be missed immensely."
Relatives of her partner Iain John Provan, 64, also of Barrhead, and John Leonard Stern, 71, of Bearsden, have previously spoken of their loss.
All three were spectating at the Jim Clark Rally at Little Swinton, near Coldstream, when they were fatally injured.
Ms Allan's family released a short statement via Police Scotland.
"We would ask that the media respect our privacy at this difficult time and allow us to grieve in private," it added.
Mr Stern's family have previously described his death as "tragic" but said he had "died watching the sport that he loved".
Relatives of Mr Provan thanked everyone who had tried to assist him after the "tragic incident".
A investigation into the crash is ongoing and police have appealed for members of the public to send them any video footage of the rally.

On Tuesday, Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill announced a review of motorsport safety in Scotland after the crash.
