Second man dies following A7 crash near Heriot

A second man has died following a crash on the A7 in the Scottish Borders at the weekend.
Mark Williams, 45, of Heriot, died in hospital on Tuesday as a result of the accident at about 12:40 on Sunday.
Finlay Street, 23, of Hawick, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Two children who were travelling in the car being driven by Mr Williams - a 15-year-old girl and a nine-year-old boy - were taken to hospital for treatment.
His family said they were "devastated with the news" and were coming to terms with the loss of their "husband, brother, dad and son".
"We respectfully request our privacy while the family deal with this tragedy," a statement added.
Insp Ross Drummond said his thoughts were with the relatives of both men at a "very difficult time".
Inquiries are continuing into the crash which involved an Audi A3 and a Range Rover and any witnesses have been asked to come forward, external.
The road was shut south of the junction for Tynehead for several hours as a result of the accident.
