Car skids off road into house in six-car crash in Dundee

A car skidded off the road and into the side of a house after a six-car crash in Dundee.

One person suffered minor injuries in the crash on the corner of Constitution Road and Dudhope Street.

The Met Office has issued a yellow "be aware" warning for snow and ice across Tayside.

Travel in the city was disrupted by heavy snowfall, with bus services restricted to major roads only during part of the morning.

National Express Dundee said there was "severe disruption to all services" due to the wintry conditions, while Stagecoach said city services were subject to delays of up to 50 minutes.

Traffic Scotland said Constitution Road and Infirmary Brae had to be closed due to the crash, which police and the ambulance service attended.
