The National Lottery says a £1m-winning ticket bought in the Cardiff area for the 23 December EuroMillions draw, remains unclaimed.
For every EuroMillions line bought, players automatically receive a Millionaires Raffle ticket.
The holder of winning ticket number FXV864819 has until 20 June 2012 to claim their winnings, before they go to good causes.
Players are urged to check "down the back of the sofa" for the ticket.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: "We're desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings.
"This amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody's life as they start 2012."
They added: "Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa.
"We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win."
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call 0845 910 0000.
