Cabinet reshuffle: Cheryl Gillan tribute from her PPS

A Conservative MP says he is "disappointed" that Cheryl Gillan is to be replaced as Welsh secretary in David Cameron's first major reshuffle since forming his government.

Mrs Gillan said on Twitter that it had been a privilege to serve in the cabinet.

Glyn Davies, MP for Montgomeryshire, who worked as her parliamentary private secretary, told Felicity Evans of BBC Radio Wales said she "always made the right call on the serious issues".
