David Jones, Welsh secretary, 'will prioritise the economy'

David Jones has spoken in detail for the first time since his appointment as the new Welsh secretary, taking over from Cheryl Gillan.

Mr Jones was appointed on Tuesday in Prime Minister David Cameron's first Cabinet reshuffle since taking office.

He told BBC Radio Wales presenter Felicity Evans that his main priority was the economy, and spoke of his hope that he could have a constructive relationship with the Welsh government.
