Singer Katherine Jenkins is to have a carriage named after her by Snowdon Mountain Railway.
Jenkins is the third person to receive the honour, after bass baritone Bryn Terfel and former British Cycling director Sir David Brailsford.
She said she was honoured, adding: "This will be the first time I have visited the summit and what a great way to do so!"
A naming ceremony will take place at the railway in Llanberis on 16 June.
