Swansea Bay tidal lagoon firm denies impropriety

The company behind the Swansea Bay tidal lagoon project has denied any allegations of impropriety in relation to building contracts for the scheme.

The Department of Energy and Climate Change have confirmed, they are aware of allegations surrounding the decision to award a £300m contract to a Chinese contractor - the China Harbour Engineering Company.
