£40m Ysgol Bae Baglan 'superschool' in Port Talbot to open

A new "superschool" in Port Talbot will soon open its doors to 1,500 pupils and 200 staff.

Ysgol Bae Baglan took 18 months to build - at a cost of £40m.

The new building will replace three secondary and one primary schools and is one of only seven schools in Wales that will educate pupils from age three to 16.

And the school will stay open till 10pm - with the canteen transforming into a cafe open to the community.
