Heroin 'crisis' in Ohio, says Wales-born police chief

On the day Americans decide their future president, we take a look at the role a Welshman is playing in tackling a "public health crisis" in Ohio.

The state is very much considered a swing state, where Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have similar levels of support.

But what is agreed by many is the growing problem of heroin in Cincinnati.

Last year there were 414 deaths by drug overdose, up from 189 in 2011.

Cardiff-born Mike John is an assistant police chief with the Cincinnati Police Department.

He took BBC Wales presenter Garry Owen to some of the problem areas in the city.
