Giant Lego animal trail at Llanelli Wetland Centre

If you go down to Carmarthenshire you might spot some unusual animals.

Made of 150,000 bricks, nine giant Lego birds will sit alongside their real cousins at Llanelli Wetland Centre.

The Lego animal trail, which includes a 1.5m Hawaiian goose and a kingfisher, took over 1014 hours to build.

It aims to encourage more children to learn about the animals at the centre.

The sculptures are part of a celebration of 70 years of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.
