Wales' only street averaging £1m homes is in Swansea

Swansea has the only £1m street in Wales, according to a survey.

Lloyds Bank said the average price of homes in St Anne's Close was £1.029m while Mumbles Road, also in Swansea, was third on the list with homes averaging £796,000.

Homes in Twyncyn in Dinas Powys, Vale of Glamorgan, were the second priciest where properties average £813,000.

Cardiff's Rudry Road and Druidstone Road average £791,000 and £790,000 respectively.

However, of the 73 £1m streets across England and Wales, St Anne's Close has the lowest value.

Outside of London, East Road in Weybridge, Surrey, is the most expensive street with an average house price of £5.053m.
