Storm Emma: Burst pipe causes flooding in couple's home

Snow and cold weather has caused a number of pipes in homes to burst, flooding several properties.

Phil Minton and Ruth Levine woke in the night to find a water flowing out of a light socket in their Cardiff home.

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it had 40 calls overnight related to burst pipes.
