Llanllowell crash suspects held after three cyclists hit by car

Two people have been arrested after three cyclists were injured in a hit-and-run crash in Monmouthshire.
One cyclist is in a critical but stable condition following the crash on Llanllowell Lane, in Llanllowell, at about 16:00 GMT on Sunday.
A man, 40, and woman, 45, have been held on suspicion of causing injury by dangerous driving, driving while over the limit and failing to stop.
Police have issued an appeal for witnesses.
The car involved in the collision made off from the scene, Gwent Police said.
One cyclist is in a critical but stable condition at University Hospital of Wales (UHW) in Cardiff.
Another was treated for serious injuries but later released by UHW. The third cyclist was treated for minor injuries at Nevil Hall Hospital in Abergavenny.
