Bin lorry damages Port Eynon house in crash

A house has been damaged after a bin lorry crashed into it, taking a chunk out of the building.

The house, in Port Eynon on the Gower peninsula, is located on the corner of a street.

Swansea council said there were no injuries following the crash on Friday.

It added: "Council staff were on site immediately to assess the property and we are continuing to work with the home owner to ensure they are not inconvenienced by this incident."
