Police hunt Cardiff hit-and-run motorcyclist

An 83-year-old man was taken to hospital after being hit by a motorcycle which failed to stop.

The crash happened on Mount Pleasant Lane in Llanrumney, Cardiff, at about 17:15 BST on Saturday.

South Wales Police said it was carrying out inquiries to trace the rider of the orange off-road motorbike who they believe was wearing a white T-shirt.

The force added the victim needed hospital treatment, but has since been discharged.
