Mental health: Restaurant for sports teams to open up

A restaurant owner has put mental health on the menu - as he tries to help sports teams open up more.

Ryan Hole is hosting special evenings at The Optimist in Swansea, prompted by a spate of suicides in the city.

"Five young men I know have taken their own lives in the last three years. I just want to help," he said.
