Simon Green: Tributes paid to Bridgend disability campaigner

Heartbroken friends of a disability campaigner who has died have paid tribute to him.

Simon Green, chairman and co-founder of Bridgend Disability Coalition, was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2018.

Friend Zoe Phillips called Mr Green a hero who would be missed forever.

She said: “His legacy will live on. I don’t know anyone who is as determined and motivated as Simon.”
