Pontnewydd: Cwmbran woman, 64, dies after crash

A 64-year-old woman from Cwmbran has died in hospital after being hit by a car.
The incident took place in Commercial Street, Pontnewydd, Torfaen, at about 16:05 BST on Monday, 16 May.
Gwent Police are appealing for witnesses and have urged anyone with dash-cam footage to contact them.
A spokesperson said anyone who was in the area between 15:30-16:30 should contact the police.
