E-scooter rider, 27, seriously injured after Cardiff crash

The crash happened on Moira Place in Cardiff
An e-scooter rider is being treated for life-threatening injuries after a crash with a car.
The 27-year-old man, from the Adamsdown area of Cardiff, was taken to hospital after an incident on Moira Place at about 19:00 BST on Tuesday.
South Wales Police said the crash involved an e-scooter and a black Ford Galaxy.
Officers are appealing for information.
