Strictly Come Dancing star Amy says 'dance is my saviour'

In her battle with Crohn's disease, Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden has said that "dance is definitely my saviour".

The 32-year-old dancer from Caerphilly has said that she "used to be in so much pain I'd pass out" during flare-ups of her chronic bowel condition.
