Mark Drakeford calls Andrew RT Davies misogynous in Senedd

Mark Drakeford has accused the Conservative group leader Andrew RT Davies of "defending" foul-mouthed misogyny from Westminster during the Covid pandemic.

He then told the Senedd on Tuesday: "He is still defending the sorts of foul-mouthed misogynist... well, he shares the misogyny."

Presiding officer Elin Jones intervened, asking the first minister "to reflect on the direct accusation" saying she has heard nothing misogynistic from Mr Davies during the session.

The first minister replied: "I'll agree with that, Llywydd. I heard nothing misogynistic today."
