S4C bullying claims were well-handled, says boss Rhodri Williams

S4C chairman Rhodri Williams has said he does not want a second term in charge amid an ongoing scandal at the Welsh language TV channel.

Two of the company’s senior leaders have been sacked over bullying allegations.

“The people who work for S4C… have experienced the kind of behaviours that no-one in any institution should have to face,” said Mr Williams.

However, he dismissed suggestions he should resign and said he felt the board “acted appropriately” when concerns were raised.
