Welsh Labour: Merthyr people's questions to leadership hopefuls

If you could ask the candidates to be the next first minister of Wales one question, what would it be?

BBC Wales reporter Lucy Vladev put this to people in Merthyr Tydfil - and received a mixed response.

While many were unsure what they would ask, Michelle said she wanted to know what the candidates would do to tackle problems in the NHS system. Her husband spent three hours in A&E after having a heart attack before he was seen, she said.

Speaking after their leadership debate on Wednesday, Jeremy Miles said his manifesto included reducing waiting times across the NHS, while Vaughan Gething said his proposed reforms “require more resources” and improvements across the system.
