Wales weather: Met Office warns of heavy rain for some

A yellow warning for heavy rain has been issued for parts of Wales.

It came into effect at 21:00 GMT on Saturday and ends at 06:00 on Sunday.

The Met Office said homes and businesses could to be flooded and journeys disrupted. As much as 40-50mm (1.6-2in) of rain could fall in a few places, while others may face 20-30 mm.

Drivers were urged to check road conditions and residents advised to find out if their properties were at risk of flooding.
