Woman living with grief of losing husband and son in crash

"Everybody tries to put a timeline on grief… and it doesn't mean anything," says Anna-Louise Stubbings.

Nine years ago, she witnessed her husband and seven-year-old son being knocked over and fatally injured by a careless driver.

"The trauma was so big as the grief was never realised," said Anna, who lives in Cardiff.

For Anna, time has made the loss feel more real and therefore harder to live with.

And now she finds herself contemplating more heartache to come.
