Denbighshire parents claim victory in free school transport row

Campaigners have claimed victory in a row over free school transport in rural Denbighshire.
Parents launched a legal challenge after free taxis for pupils living 12 miles (19km) from Ysgol Brynhyfryd were stopped.
In December, they won the right to seek a judicial review but their solicitor said a settlement was reached before the hearing.
Denbighshire council said transport had been re-instated "in some cases".
Glenda Coleman, one of the mothers who launched the legal challenge, said: "We are absolutely delighted... it's hard to put into words how much this means to us all."
In a statement, Denbighshire council said: "We have a home to school transport policy in place. This policy has not changed.
"We have reviewed the application of the policy with regards to specific cases, following requests to do so.
"In response to these requests, the individual cases have been reviewed... and the transport has been reinstated in some cases, as appropriate.
