Queen's Speech: Welsh powers could be curtailed, Jones says

A promise not to use Brexit to take powers from the Welsh Government has been included in the Queen's Speech.

The speech, outlining UK ministers' plans, also described strengthening ties between England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales as a priority.

First Minister Carwyn Jones dismissed the programme as "unambitious".

He also claimed that legislation dealing with Brexit threatened to curtail the Welsh Government's powers.
