A 62-year-old man arrested by police investigating the suspected murder of a 24-year-old man, last seen almost two weeks ago, has been bailed.
Officers looking for Kyle Vaughan say the man from the Newbridge area was arrested on Friday on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
They have also been given more time to question a 27-year-old man from the Blackwood area arrested on Thursday.
The last known sighting of Mr Vaughan was late on Sunday, 30 December.
He was see in the Abercarn and Risca areas, and at about 23:45 GMT on that night Mr Vaughan's car, a silver Peugeot 306, was found by police on the A467 between Risca and Crosskeys.
It is believed the car had been in a collision.
Police want anyone who saw the vehicle on that road on 30 December to come forward.
They also want to speak to anyone who may have information.
Det Supt Peter Jones said: "I'm urging anyone who has any information about Kyle's disappearance, no matter how unimportant it may seem, to contact Gwent Police on 101.
"Information can also be passed on with complete anonymity via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
The disappearance of Mr Vaughan, from Newbridge, has been described by police as "completely out of character".
Police have been carrying out detailed search operations, including using dogs.
Officers are also supporting Mr Vaughan's family at what they called a "very difficult and upsetting time".
Police were granted an extra 36 hours to question the 27-year-old-man arrested on suspicion of murder by Caerphilly magistrates on Saturday.
