Uncle of schoolboy killed in crash is charged with fraud

The uncle of a boy who died after a minibus crash at his school has been charged with dishonestly collecting charity money for the family.
Neil Daniel Stokes, 42, of Porthcawl, is the uncle of Ashley Talbot, 15, who died after an accident at Maesteg Comprehensive School in December.
The teenager was hit by a minibus being driven by PE teacher Chris Brooks.
Stokes appeared at Bridgend Magistrates' Court on Friday charged with fraud by false representation.
The case was adjourned until later this month.
