Tickets for a Swansea music festival featuring Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift sold out in 35 minutes.
The BBC's Biggest Weekend takes place at Singleton Park on 26 and 27 May.
There were 52,000 tickets available, with 60% allocated to those living in the Swansea area.
About 13,000 tickets were also available for fans in the Cardiff, Newport and Llandrindod Wells postcode areas.
BBC Music tweeted, saying all tickets will have the lead booker's name printed on them and identity checks will be carried out.
This did not stop some appearing on re-sale sites for as much as £10,000 on Monday morning.
Fans took to social media when they found out tickets for both days were sold out, some expressing disappointment they were not successful.
