Henry Englehart: Admiral boss says Wales 'over governed'

Wales is over-governed and it is a problem that is stifling the economy, according to the head of one of Wales' top companies, Admiral insurance.

Henry Englehart, from Chicago, set up the Cardiff-based group in the 1990s.

In 2008, Mr Englehart was presented with an honorary CBE for his services to the insurance industry in Wales.

But he says for others to succeed, what is needed are fewer laws and more financial support.

His comments come in a BBC programme examining why the economy is in decline.
