British boxing champion Ricky Hatton has died at the age of 46.

He was found dead at his home on Sunday, Greater Manchester Police said.

Hatton's stellar career included world titles in two weight classes - light-welterweight and welterweight.

Nicknamed "The Hitman", he was set to return to the ring in December.
