'A legend': Willie Mays fans react to baseball great's death

Video filmed at a baseball game in Birmingham, Alabama shows the moment fans found out about the death of Willie Mays at age 93.

Mays is widely considered one of the sport's best ever players.

Mays, who was born in Alabama, played for the New York Giants (now the San Francisco Giants) and was twice declared the league's Most Valuable Player (MVP). He is known for his famous catch during the 1954 championship game.

Fans also paid tribute to the star player at his statue outside the Oracle Park in San Francisco, California.
