It really is the best therapy, says land artist

Land artist Jon Foreman explains the benefits of working in the great outdoors and using materials he finds in nature.

"Once you're really absorbed in it, you're not thinking about any of the stresses you've got going on at home," he says.

The 32-year-old has made thousands of temporary land art pieces around the world.

But his favourite place to work has always been near his home in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.
