All Grenfell victims' names read out as inquiry concludes
The Grenfell inquiry report has been presented by chair Sir Martin Moore-Bick, who concluded by reading out the names of the victims of the disaster.
Speaking at the inquiry, Sir Martin said all 72 people who died in the fire in 2017 had been "failed" by those responsible for keeping them safe.
He added that all of their deaths were avoidable.
