'I wouldn't be here without my mobility car'
Vicki Hoban, who has complex health needs, relies on her car to get around, including driving from her home in Monmouth to a nearby farm to work with horses.
Her car, which she has named Indy, is leased through the Motability Scheme, which allows people in receipt of certain benefits to lease vehicles more cheaply.
But Chancellor Rachel Reeves is reported to be considering changes to the scheme in Wednesday's Budget over concerns about how taxpayers' money is spent.
Vicki said she was "terrified" about the prospect of losing her car, saying to do so would be like "tearing off" her limbs.
