Watch: 'If you can work, you should work' says Reeves in Spring Statement

Chancellor Rachel Reeves has delivered the government's Spring Statement in Parliament, saying "Labour is the party of work".

Speaking to MPs the chancellor said "final adjustments" to benefits will save £4.8bn in the welfare budget.
